we are seeking a salesforce Project Manager!?Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and lead the salesforce teams Scope of Work, in collaboration with other technical project managers, while balancing ongoing development requests with large-scale strategic initiatives.
* Lead cross-organizational technical projects within the salesforce environment, collaborating with other project managers throughout the entire project lifecycle - from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation and post-go-live support.
* Lead requirements-gathering sessions with users, take ownership of finalizing requirements and designing solutions, and collaborate with development teams to ensure proper implementation.
* Lead technical planning discussions, negotiate requirements, and build consensus among business and technical stakeholders.
* Implement solutions using Salesforces built-in tools and capabilities.

Requirements:
* At least 5 years of experience managing technical projects in an enterprise environment.
* Hands-on experience with salesforce administration, demonstrating strong platform knowledge, a deep understanding of its capabilities, and familiarity with its various solution types.
* Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into practical, implementable salesforce solutions.
* Experience building solutions for business users on the salesforce platform.
* Ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage in professional discussions with engineers regarding architecture, dependencies, and risks.
* Experience managing integrations between salesforce and external systems and applications.
* A proactive approach to leveraging AI tools throughout the project lifecycle, from discovery and analysis to solution design and implementation.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to dive deep into technical solutions.
* Experience working with salesforce Omni-Channel - an advantage.
