This position is ideal for a video editor or visual content creator with strong technical skills and an intuitive understanding of impactful content. You'll be working directly with our Brand manager, helping bring ideas to life through video editing, motion graphics, and social visuals. You'll also be expected to contribute ideas of your own, move fast, and explore creative tools — including AI-based video, image, and design generation platforms. If you're obsessed with creating, learning, and being part of a small, high-impact team: this role is your launchpad.What you will do:Day-to-Day Activities and Responsibilities:Edit short-form videos for Eko's social channels, paid media, and brand materialsDesign graphics and motion content for social posts and carouselsBring marketing ideas to life visually — quickly and effectivelyPropose and prototype new creative formats using tools like AI video/image generatorsHelp build a scalable visual language for Eko's marketing presenceTake ownership of small projects from brief to executionCollaborate directly with the Marketing team, receiving briefs and creative directionCoordinate with the Capture Factory when raw footage is needed Problem Solving:How do we translate a marketing idea into engaging visuals — fastWhat kind of videos will perform well on social this weekHow can AI speed up or improve our creative process Our Ideal candidate will have:A Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication or a related fieldApproximately 1 year of relevant experience (in-house, freelance, or agency)Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (intermediate level essential)Solid experience with Figma; familiarity with other design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plusA keen interest in or existing familiarity with AI tools like Runway, Midjourney, or similarA strong understanding of current visual trends on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedInDemonstrable skills in video editing and motion designA good grasp of graphic design principles and layoutA proactive, curious mindset – you're a natural self-starterA compelling portfolio showcasing your taste, technical skills, and creative potentialNice-to-Have Qualifications:Prior experience within a marketing team or creative agencyProfessional experience utilizing AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney)Familiarity with B2B marketing, e-commerce, or SaaS environmentsExperience working in a startup settingAt Eko, we're hiring people, not just skills.
