The role is designed for an entry-level Assistant Controller supporting the Controller in key accounting and financial processes.
The position includes hands-on involvement in monthly closing activities, reconciliations, data preparation, reporting support, and ongoing financial analysis, while gradually building professional knowledge of the companys business model, accounting workflows, internal controls, and cross-functional interfaces.
Responsibilities:
Support monthly closing processes, including preparation of reconciliations, journal entry support, and review of supporting documentation.
Assist with revenue, cost, and gross margin processes under the guidance of senior finance team members.
Prepare financial analyses, reports, and data validations to support management review and decision-making.
Support inventory, pricing, and partner-related accounting activities, including data collection and accuracy checks.
Maintain and update working files, reports, price lists, and documentation in accordance with internal processes.
Assist in communications with internal stakeholders and external partners regarding routine finance and accounting matters.
Support audit processes by preparing requested data, schedules, and backup documentation.
Participate in ad-hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives as required.
