CRE Solutions Engineer

we are looking for a CRE Solutions Engineer.
As a CRE Solutions Engineer, youll work at the intersection of Sales, Customer Success, Product, and the commercial real estate industry.
Youll bring deep business and industry knowledge into customer conversations, helping us understand how enterprise real estate organizations operate, uncover their most important pain points, and demonstrate how can solve them.
This is a highly customer-facing and commercially oriented role. Youll partner closely with our Sales team throughout the sales process, from discovery and product demonstrations to solution design and technical validation. Youll also work with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
Were looking for someone who understands the business behind commercial real estate or construction, can quickly understand complex customer workflows, and knows how to turn business challenges into compelling technology solutions.
What Youll Do":
Partner with the Sales team throughout the enterprise sales process, from discovery and product demonstrations through solution design and closing.
Lead customer discovery to understand business challenges, workflows, and pain points, and translate them into compelling use cases.
Bring deep commercial real estate expertise into customer conversations and help identify where can create measurable business value.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations aligned with each customers business and priorities.
Work with existing customers to identify new use cases and expansion opportunities.
Act as a trusted business and product partner across both pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs and market insights into actionable solutions and product feedback.
Continuously deepen your knowledge of platform and the commercial real estate market.
