we are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Junior Finance Associate (Mat Leave Cover) to join the Finance team. This is a data and operations-focused role supporting the accuracy and flow of Fund, SPV and investor data across our systems.
This is a full-time, 6 - 7 month maternity leave cover, with the possibility of a permanent role for the right candidate. The role is hybrid, with three days a week in our Jerusalem office (30 Yesha'yahu Leibowitz).
Responsibilities:
* Maintain and manage fund, SPV and investor financial data across Priority ( ERP ), salesforce and internal systems.
* Book financial entries, including capital calls, distributions and investment activity, accurately and on time.
* Perform reconciliations between systems and accounts, and investigate and resolve discrepancies.
* Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes, including preparing data for reporting and audit requests.
* Work closely with the Controllers and Analysts, and coordinate with Investor Relations and Operations as needed.
Interview Process:
* Video interview with Senior HR Manager
* Take-home task
* In-person interview with VP of Finance / Controller
* In-person interview with CFO and Director of HR
* Reference checks

* 1+ years of experience in data entry, finance operations, fund administration or back-office roles
* Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related field preferred
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy, ability to manage large volumes of data in a structured and reliable way
* Strong Excel skills (formulas, filtering, lookups, data validation)
* Comfort with repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and quality
* Analytical mindset with the ability to think logically about data and processes
* Proactive and curious, comfortable asking questions and investigating issues
* Excellent English communication skills Advantage
* Experience using AI and automation to streamline financial processes, reporting, or analysis - strong advantage
* Familiarity with salesforce, ERP, or accounting systems
* Exposure to SQL, automation tools, or data workflows
* Familiarity with fund structures, K1s, capital calls, or distributions
