You know when to tear a design down to build it better - and you can show us examples.
You build systems and frameworks that protect quality without slowing the team down.
You're fluent in Figma and Claude Design, and you know how to use new tools to move faster.
You treat usage and adoption as the real success metric, not visual polish for its own sake.
You take ownership without being assigned - you find the problem before someone hands it to you.
You can balance shipping fast with shipping right, and you know which one a given moment calls for.

You can design a screen but can't articulate the user story behind it.
