We are a mission-driven organization based in Jerusalem seeking a motivated, independent Full Stack Developer to join our lean engineering team. Working directly alongside our lead Developer in a high-impact, two-person setup, you will shape our technical landscape from database schema design to responsive user interfaces.
In this role, you will take end-to-end ownership of core product features across web and mobile platforms. We offer substantial autonomy, early technical influence, and a fast-paced environment where your work directly powers our mission.

Requirements:
2+ years of hands-on professional web development experience.
Core Stack: Strong proficiency in TypeScript JavaScript across frontend and backend.
frontend : Proven experience building modern, responsive web apps with React, HTML5, and CSS3.
backend : Solid practical development experience with Node.js and building clean, robust APIs.
Databases: Practical experience modeling, querying, and optimizing relational databases (PostgreSQL).
Workflows Tools: Hands-on experience with version control using Git and GitHub.
Delivery: High ownership, self-motivated, and able to execute independently in a lean, fast-paced team.
Advantage: Experience with NestJS, modern ORMs (Prisma, ZenStack), and TanStack Query/Table.
Advantage: Mobile development with React Native or CapacitorJS; B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent.
