We are looking for a Capacity Planner - Global Planning to lead capacity planning across our manufacturing sites in Israel, Malaysia, and Thailand.
The role combines global and site-level capacity planning, analyzing demand versus available capacity, identifying bottlenecks and capacity gaps, and supporting operational and strategic decision-making.

Requirements:
Lead monthly capacity planning and RCCP analysis across three manufacturing sites. Analyze demand versus available capacity and identify gaps, constraints, and bottlenecks. Build and maintain work-center-level load vs. capacity analysis. Maintain capacity data, including work centers, routings, run/setup times, shifts, and utilization. Perform What-If scenarios including demand changes, additional shifts, outsourcing, and equipment investments. Support cross-site load balancing and long-term capacity planning. Work closely with Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain teams. Support capacity data readiness for Kinaxis implementation.
