Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a proactive, highly engaged, and driven Sales Operations Specialist to take full ownership of our revenue workflows. We need a forward-thinking driver-someone who takes initiative, jumps right into the action, and works hand-in-hand with our team and customers to keep our sales engine moving seamlessly. You bring a strong commercial mindset, backed by the structure and precision needed to execute flawless operations.
This is a part-time position (50% scope: 5 days a week, half-day shifts) operating directly on-site from our offices in Raanana.
Key Responsibilities
Customer-Facing Sales Operations: Manage all sales operation activities directly with our customers, taking ownership of customer order management, price quotations, billing, and invoicing workflows.
Sales Execution: Work together with Account Managers to streamline deal flows, overcome operational/accounting roadblocks, and propel commercial opportunities forward.
Forecasting & ERP Management: Drive accurate sales forecasting in Priority ERP, collaborating with Sales Managers to collect real-time data and keep projections sharp.
CRM Optimization: Partner with the revenue team to manage HubSpot, ensuring accurate customer data, pipeline visibility, and efficient CRM workflows.
Reporting & Strategy: Track and analyze key business metrics (Sales vs. Forecast, Backlog status, Revenue per Product) alongside leadership to continuously refine daily processes.
