About the Role:
As Senior Manager, Engineering, you will lead two core R&D teams behind Network Protection and Anomaly & Threat Detection for our flagship SaaS platform, xDome.
In this role, you will build and scale high-impact, distributed security systems while leading the design of production-grade agentic services (policy recommendations, threat triage, and guided response).
Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager, Engineering - xDome, your impact will be:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop Team Leads and Senior Engineers into strong technical owners.
Technical Architecture: Own system coherence across stream processing, large-scale analytics, and cloud-native detection/enforcement engines.
Execution & Impact: Set high standards for quality, resilience, and security while delivering customer-facing features and AI-driven capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Security Research, and Platform teams to deliver a unified customer experience.
