LOYALTY E-COMMERCE COORDINATOR

to grow and optimize our CRM and loyalty activities across international e-commerce markets

This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes initiative, learns quickly, and turns ideas into action. You will play a central role in executing email marketing, customer lifecycle campaigns, and loyalty initiatives that drive engagement, repeat purchases, and long-term customer value

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will bring retention strategies to life while continuously identifying opportunities to improve performance and the customer experience

What youll do

Retention Strategy, CRM & Email Marketing

Take ownership of driving and executing the international retention strategy across key e-commerce markets.

Plan, coordinate, and execute email marketing campaigns.

Build and optimize customer segments based on behavior, purchase patterns, and lifecycle stage.

Develop and optimize automated customer journeys and lifecycle flows.

Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement through testing, personalization, and data analysis.

Loyalty Program

Coordinate and support the day-to-day management of the loyalty program.

Help develop and execute initiatives that drive member acquisition, engagement, and repeat purchases.

Support the implementation of member benefits, rewards, and promotional activities.

Align loyalty initiatives with the broader commercial calendar and marketing campaigns.

Performance & Optimization

Analyze KPIs (retention rate, LTV, repeat purchase rate, revenue contribution).

Translate data into actionable insights and continuous optimization.

Build reporting frameworks and dashboards to track performance.

Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Work closely with marketing, design, and e-commerce teams to deliver coordinated campaigns.

Brief creative assets and follow up on timelines, approvals, and execution.

Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure initiatives move forward efficiently.
