Own backend systems from design to deployment and monitoring.

6+ years of backend development experience.
Deep understanding of software architecture & performance optimization.
Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
Proficiency in Python - for designing and running production backend systems.
Experience with data systems / ETLs, and real-world production loads
Comfortable working autonomously, but also collaborating tightly with a small team.
Bonus Experience
Strong background in Data Engineering, DevOps or distributed systems - advantage.
Fluency in at least one more major backend language (e.g. Go, Node) - advantage.
Work involving LLMs embeddings, or neural network inference pipelines - advantage.
Projects involving Video Analytics NNs / Classic Algos (Computer Vision) - advantage.
Previous experience in early-stage startups or building 0→1 systems - advantage.
