In this role you'll:
Be a magnet for exceptional talent. Use your strategic thinking and relationship-building superpowers to bring in top talent. Take on our most challenging searches and lead our small but mighty talent team
Build a skills-driven talent strategy. Evolve how we assess talent to measure unique human abilities for the things AI cant, or shouldnt, handle
Forecast like an analyst. Use your analytical thinking and AI fluency to build talent forecasts that inform the business
Drive operational excellence. Build efficient, AI-powered recruiting systems. Know the data, unblock your team, communicate effectively, and ship as if we needed it yesterday
