We are looking for an experienced operations professional who will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, handle billing operations, and provide operational support to customers in an AWS environment. Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end management of onboarding and offboarding processes for customers.
* Managing AWS Payee Central and handling billing operations with the payer.
* Processing and tracking monthly billing for all customers.
* Maintaining compliance and PLES (Partner Led ENT Support) records.
* Coordinating SOW delivery logistics and contract management.
* Providing operational support to customers and internal support ( helpdesk ).

Requirements:
Must have:
* At least 3 years of experience in AWS operational management and MSP processes.
* Experience working with: AWS, salesforce, Monday.
* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS).
* Experience working with salesforce.
* Experience working with Monday.
* Approximately 3 years of experience in operations roles.
* High proficiency in English - reading, writing, and speaking.
* High level of independent work ability.
* Text analysis skills. Nice to have:
* Ability to work with AI tools.
Must have:
