Bookkeeper

We are looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will manage the day to day financial operations of our US and Canadian entities. You will play a key part in maintaining accurate financial records, driving process improvements and supporting our continued growth and scalability. Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable - Issue invoices in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Track and update customer project billing status and ensure timely collections
Process vendor invoices and manage Accounts Payable via Dokka and Mesh
Daily bank and credit card reconciliation
Process employee expense reports via Expensify
Ongoing reconciliation of employee accounts, covering expense reimbursements and leave adjustments (parental leave, unpaid leave, etc.)
Support full monthly end close processes (accrued expenses, Prepaid, fixed assets)
Perform intercompany reconciliations
Assist with annual audit processes and external reporting
Prepare ad-hoc working papers and financial analysis
Contribute to improving and scaling our financial processes as the company grows.
