?Job Description and Responsibilities
* Perform initial fault diagnosis and troubleshooting of electronic products, including basic component-level debugging, with guidance from experienced team members.
* Program and TEST electro-mechanical products according to established procedures.
* Document TEST results and identified faults, escalating complex issues as needed.
* Collaborate with the production team to ensure product quality and efficient work processes.
* Configurate and TEST complex products and/or those requiring knowledge and/or Electronics Practical Engineer certification.

Reports to:
Production Manager

Requirements:
* Practical Engineer diploma in Electronics.
* At least 1 year of hands-on experience in testing and troubleshooting electronic products.
* Basic understanding of electronic circuits and component-level fault diagnosis.
* Familiarity with electronic TEST equipment and the ability to read electronic schematics.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hebrew.
* Working proficiency in written and verbal English, including the ability to understand technical documentation.
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks.
* A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
* Methodical and systematic problem-solving skills.
* Good computer skills.
* Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
