Backend Developer

We're looking for a Backend Developer to join our awesome Core Platform team. The team is responsible for building complex, high-scale, real-time services and infrastructure which is used by all companys studios to support their business.
We are looking for an engineer who views AI not just as a tool, but as a fundamental shift in how we build software. You will be responsible for designing high-performance, distributed systems while leaning heavily into an AI-First engineering culture.
We are looking for strong software engineers with practical experience, the drive, and enthusiasm to succeed in a demanding and professional team environment.
Responsibilities
You will design, architect, test and implement core services and features in MoonActive's platform services and data pipeline infrastructure.
You will be responsible for scalable, high-traffic production infrastructure across all MoonActive studios.
You will build valuable tools to support the development and business processes across the company
You will integrate AI agents and LLMs (Cursor, Claude Code) into your daily flow to maximize velocity and code quality.
You will deliver high quality and well-structured code
You will own the deliverables end-to-end, from inception, through design and development and production implementation.
