Senior DevOps Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our Platform Services team. In this role, you will design, build, and operate scalable platforms and infrastructure across a hybrid on-premises and multi-cloud environment, enabling engineering teams to develop, deploy, and run services efficiently, securely, and reliably.
You will work in a complex, large-scale production environment that combines on-prem infrastructure with AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, automation, observability, and AI-driven technologies.
What you'll do:
Design, build, and maintain hybrid infrastructure spanning on-premses platforms, AWS, GCP, and multi-cloud architecture
Operate and scale Kubernetes-based containerized production environments
Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Helm
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation with Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, and Argo CD
Drive platform engineering initiatives - developer self-service portals, internal tooling, and golden paths
Establish and improve observability and reliability practices using Prometheus, Grafana, and Coralogix
Write automation scripts and tooling in Python, Bash, and PowerShell
Own cloud networking, security, IAM, secrets management, and governance across environments
Lead production troubleshooting, incident management, and root cause analysis
Architect solutions and provide technical leadership in close collaboration with R&D teams
Leverage AI-based tools to improve automation, incident analysis, operational efficiency, and developer workflow
