We are seeking for an Technology Project Manager This role requires full end-to-end delivery ownership, from gathering and understanding requirements, through planning, prioritization, risk and dependency management, to successful implementation and achievement of business objectives.
Additional responsibilities include:
* Building detailed work plans and defining milestones.
* Ongoing monitoring of task progress.
* Proactive control and identification of potential blockers, with timely resolution.
* Matrix management of development teams and coordination of multiple interfaces simultaneously, including remote development teams and a large number of stakeholders.
* Daily work with Jira for managing work plans and tasks, tracking execution, generating status reports, monitoring progress metrics, and more. Full-time position, Sunday-Thursday, in the Central Israel area.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience managing technology projects - required.
* 3+ years of experience in matrix management of development teams - required.
* 3+ years of experience working with Agile methodologies alongside product teams and business stakeholders - required.
* Experience working with Jira & Confluence - an advantage.
* Similar experience in a financial institution - an advantage.
