Responsible for managing and maintaining core business data within ERP systems, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data quality across Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage master data including suppliers, items, BOMs/product structures, price lists, customers, and accounts.
* Ensure data accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timely availability.
* Perform data cleansing, standardization, quality checks, and duplicate management.
* Define data governance standards, validation rules, naming conventions, and approval workflows.
* Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT/MIS on data -related issues and processes.
* Support ERP implementation and migration projects, including data cleansing, transformation, validation, and UAT.
* Troubleshoot mast
Experience
3-5+ years in Master data / ERP / Operations / Supply Chain roles
Experience with ERP systems ( Oracle, SAP, Infor, Priority, etc.)
Skills
Strong understanding of business processes (procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, manufacturing)
High attention to detail and data accuracy
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capability
Ability to work cross-functionally with business and IT stakeholders
Reporting Line (Typical)
Reports to: Supply Chain / Operations
Matrix reporting to IT/MIS for governance and systems alignment
