What you need to succeed:
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Experience: 6+ years of hands-on development experience, including strong proficiency in C++ alongside Java, C#, or Go.
AI & Innovation: A strong passion for AI-driven development.
Project Leadership: Proven track record of leading large-scale projects end-to-end, with strong execution, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with the AWS technology stack.
Core Technical Skills: Solid background in backend server programming (including multithreaded programming and performance tuning).
Soft Skills:
Excellent design and analytical skills.
Strong ability to quickly learn, adopt, and deeply understand new technologies independently.
A thorough, methodical approach to every task.
Proactive by nature, with an internal drive for excellence and continuous improvement.
Creative, out-of-the-box thinker.Exceptional interpersonal skills and a true team player.
What will make you stand out from the crowd:
Experience using AI tools as part of the SDLC.
Background in developing security products.
Experience developing for multiple operating systems (Cross-Platform).
Familiarity with DevOps practices, with an emphasis on Jenkins and Artifactory.
Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
