Paid Media Specialist

We're seeking a Paid Media Expert to own our paid search and Paid social strategy end-to-end. You'll build, launch, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels with full budget authority and direct access to leadership. This is a hands-on role where you drive real results in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
What youll do:
Build and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google Search, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Reddit, and emerging channels with clear performance ownership
Manage budgets, hit ROAS/CPA targets, and continuously optimize through A/B testing on audiences, creatives, and messaging
Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance workflows, improve efficiency, and uncover optimization opportunities
Conduct deep-dive analyses on campaign and funnel performance; build dashboards to track KPIs and present actionable insights
Develop data-driven strategies targeting technical buyers in DevOps, infrastructure, and AI/ML spaces
Collaborate cross-functionally with Demand Gen, product, analytics, and content teams to align paid acquisition with business goals.
