Head of Marketing Operations & Digital

We are looking for a Head of Marketing Operations to build, scale, and optimize our marketing technology stack and revenue infrastructure. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation, this strategic operational role will own full-funnel optimization, act as the primary marketing point of contact for HubSpot, drive advanced analytics, manage tool procurement, and ensure cross-functional alignment with Sales and Data Science. You will act as the operational backbone for the marketing team, turning data into actionable insights and ensuring frictionless lead-to-revenue execution.
What youll do:
Funnel Optimization: Map, analyze, and continually optimize the end-to-end marketing and sales funnel to eliminate drop-off, increase conversion rates, and accelerate pipeline velocity.
Digital Channel Management: Execute and optimize digital channel campaigns across digital channels like email, paid media, paid social, search and display advertising, ensuring campaigns launch on schedule and meet established KPIs.
HubSpot Marketing Operations: Serve as the Marketing main point of contact for HubSpot marketing operations, partnering with system admins to manage marketing workflows, lead scoring models, email campaign execution, and lifecycle stage tracking.
Analytics, GA4 & Advanced Reporting: Build, maintain, and deliver robust reporting dashboards using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and HubSpot; establish multi-touch attribution models to evaluate ROI across campaigns.
Data Analyst & Sales Alignment: Partner closely with Data Analysts and Revenue Operations to standardize tracking metrics, streamline lead handoff SLAs with Sales, and ensure data integrity across systems.
Tool Operations & Procurement: Own the marketing technology ecosystem, including evaluation, procurement, implementation, and ongoing optimization of martech platforms and AI tools; lead cross-functional adoption and training; maintain performance standards and drive continuous improvement.
Comprehensive People Management: Manage a distributed global team; set clear goals and performance metrics; drive accountability, provide coaching and development, and create processes that enable team effectiveness across geographies and functions.
Operational Project Management: Oversee all marketing operations projects, providing cross-functional technical support to demand generation, content, and growth teams.
