Product Manager - Apps

We’re seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our newly-formed Apps team. This role is pivotal in exploring, building, and deploying different apps that complement Elementor's main business.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is adept at identifying new opportunities, is passionate about delivering solutions that enhance user experience post-website build, and has WordPress experience.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a track record of driving innovation, taking products from 0 to 1, and leading successful product discovery efforts. In this role, you'll act as an entrepreneur, ideating, discovering, and leading our newest growth engine.

Requirements:

4+ years of product management experience at a SaaS company, preferably in a fast-paced tech or startup environment
Strong understanding of web development practices with the ability to manage trade-offs, and evaluate innovative ideas with internal and external partners
Ability to demonstrate successful product launches and execution, including describing specific impact you had at previously-held roles
Experience with user-centered design and utilizing customer feedback to drive improvements
Previous WordPress experience - an advantage

Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for multiple SaaS apps, from ideation through launch and iteration
Conduct continuous market research to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs to inform product strategy and development
Apply a deep understanding of user behavior and needs to inform product design and decision-making
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to ensure timely, high-quality delivery of apps
Foster a culture of rapid experimentation, testing, and iteration to quickly validate ideas and adapt to market feedback
Analyze performance metrics and usage data to enhance our apps throughout their lifecycle
Take full responsibility and accountability for the team’s impact and OKRs
