IT Support Specialist A growing technology company is looking for an experienced and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to join its team.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees across the organization, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and handling a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, end-user devices, and internal systems.
The role includes user and permissions management across systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, support for cloud services and basic network infrastructure, IT equipment inventory and procurement, ticketing and documentation, and onboarding support for new employees.
In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for employees across the organization, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support and handling a wide range of technical issues related to hardware, software, networks, end-user devices, and internal systems.
The role includes user and permissions management across systems such as Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, support for cloud services and basic network infrastructure, IT equipment inventory and procurement, ticketing and documentation, and onboarding support for new employees.
Requirements:
3-5 years of hands-on experience in IT Support / helpdesk within an organizational environment strong knowledge of Windows and Linux, experience with Microsoft 365 and Active Directory / Azure AD, and a solid understanding of basic networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
High service orientation, strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to work independently under pressure, and excellent organizational skills are required.
Fluent Hebrew and English are mandatory.
Relevant education or certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified, or CCNA are considered an advantage.
