The Enterprise Business Development Manager is a key sales role . Based out of our Tel-Aviv office, youll be focused on generating and qualifying leads that will build Enterprise sales pipeline across the Middle East market. You will use your experience to hit the ground running and deliver quick results. Success in this role is based on achieving target volume and revenue targets and with the commission structure for this role, there is a significant upside for won opportunities.

What youll be doing

Own the top of the Enterprise funnel: Research and engage enterprise prospects across email, cold calling, and other touchpoints to open strategic conversations

Act as a consultative first point of contact, asking the right questions to genuinely understand a prospects needs and assess fit before positioning value

Qualify and prioritize opportunities with judgment, connecting prospects to Account Executives and staying close through the first call to ensure continuity

Shape how we go to market, testing outreach approaches, feeding insights back to Marketing, and helping build the playbook as the Enterprise team scales in Israel.

Requirements:
Outbound Hunter: You have proven outbound prospecting experience and thrive on proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying high-value enterprise accounts from scratch

Target-oriented: You are motivated by stretch targets that facilitate business growth and reward you for direct commercial impact

Genuinely curious: You dig past the surface to understand what a prospect actually needs, asking sharp questions rather than working off a script.

Process driven: You enjoy building repeatable processes that scale, but you adapt fast when something isnt working

A team player: You are a natural at building relationships with your colleagues but can work independently at ease

AI & Tech Savvy: You actively embrace AI tools and modern sales technology to scale your daily outreach and maximize productivity.
