Agentic Coding: Experience in using autonomous AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Aider) to plan, write, test, and debug code end-to-end.
6+ years of experience as a backend engineer
Hands-on proficiency in Go and/or TypeScript - strong advantage
Deep familiarity with SaaS architecture and development best practices
Experience with methodologies like TDD, Extreme Programming, or Kanban - big plus
Previous work with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or others
Proven ability to lead technical projects, set priorities, and own outcomes
Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architecture
Ability to juggle multiple priorities gracefully.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent knowledge and experience
Extra
Experience in B2B & B2B2C Self-Serve SaaS.
Fintech/Payments industry background.
Requirements
