We're looking for a technical Product Manager to join our AI product team and own the roadmap for Klaudia - our autonomous AI SRE agent. You'll work directly with customers, solution architects and R&D leads to define how Klaudia senses, investigates, decides, acts, and validates across availability issues and reliability risks. It's a role for someone who can translate complex AI/infra tradeoffs into a sharp product strategy.
What you will do
Work on the product roadmap execution, aligned with our mission and customer needs
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to drive our AI to success
Conduct thorough market research, close work with sales teams and customer calls to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for AI integrations
Effectively communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal stakeholders and customers
Define KPIs around AI capabilities and utilize data-driven insights to make decisions and product iterations
What you will do

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, with a proven background as a Software Engineer / Developer prior to transitioning into product management.
Significant hands-on software development experience, ideally within cloud-native architectures, Kubernetes, microservices, or AI-driven solutions.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to approach challenges strategically and identify impactful solutions.
You know to operate independently, move quickly, and keep work organized.
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of translating complex technical concepts for various audiences, including non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work effectively across diverse teams, managing multiple stakeholders and aligning priorities to drive product success.
