Director of Product Management

The Director of Product Management is responsible for defining and executing our product strategy while leading a team of Product Managers. This role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence to ensure successful delivery of products that create measurable customer and business value.

The Director will work closely with Engineering, Core Network team, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and executive leadership to build products that support our growth strategy and strengthen its position as a global connectivity provider.

This leader will also champion the adoption of AI across both customer-facing products and internal product management processes.

Key Responsibilities

Define and communicate the product vision and multi-year strategy aligned with our business objectives.

Translate customer insights into product opportunities.

Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.

Lead the product manager team 4-5 product managers

Track product adoption, customer satisfaction, revenue contribution, and commercial success.

Partner with Sales and Marketing on successful product launches.

Define our AI product strategy across internal and external products.

Drive the adoption of AI tools to improve Product Management efficiency.
