We are looking for a Growth & Distribution Lead who knows how great products gain attention, adoption, and momentum through communities, networks, creators, social platforms, forums, partnerships, and product-led growth.
This is not a traditional marketing role.
You will not inherit a mature funnel or a large media budget. You will help build the distribution engine from the ground up.
What youll actually do:
Find the channels, communities, creators, networks, and product mechanics that can drive meaningful adoption.
Build and test organic growth and distribution experiments quickly.
Work closely with Product and Engineering to embed growth directly into the product experience.
Turn strong product moments, use cases, and customer outcomes into repeatable distribution assets.
Design and test sharing, referral, reuse, community, creator, and partner loops.
Engage directly with early users and understand what drives activation, engagement, retention, and sharing.
Use AI and automation aggressively across research, content, outreach, onboarding, experimentation, and analysis.
Build the measurement system that connects acquisition, usage, sharing, retention, and commercial outcomes.

You are highly hands-on and comfortable creating, testing, analyzing, and shipping yourself.
You understand product-led growth, activation, retention, referrals, and viral mechanics.
You know how to generate momentum without relying primarily on paid acquisition.
AI and automation are part of how you work every day.
You move fast, think creatively, and are comfortable operating with incomplete information.
You can operate globally and communicate at a high level in English.
