A leading defense technology company is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and expand its business activities across the EMEA region.
The role includes developing business with defense organizations, government agencies, defense companies, UAV/UAS manufacturers, and system integrators; building relationships with senior decision-makers; and leading complex sales processes from opportunity identification through demonstrations, trials, negotiations, and closing.
Requirements:
Requirements:
7+ years of international sales or business development experience in the defense industry
Proven experience closing complex, high-value deals across EMEA
Strong network within the European defense ecosystem
Experience working with defense ministries, military organizations, defense companies, and system integrators
Experience managing tenders, procurement processes, demonstrations, and field trials
Ability to present and sell complex technological solutions
Experience with UAV/UAS, tactical, navigation, or situational-awareness systems-an advantage
Willingness to travel frequently
Fluent English; additional European languages-an advantage
