IT Specialist

We are looking for an IT Specialist to own day-to-day IT operations, with a primary focus on managing and continuously improving our existing IT environment. You will also play a key role in evaluating, introducing, and implementing new technologies that support the company's growth.
In this role, you will manage our IT infrastructure, support employees, and implement automations that improve efficiency while ensuring a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment.
What you'll do:
Own and continuously improve IT environment, ensuring it remains secure, reliable, and scalable.
Maintain endpoint security, patching, IT assets, and compliance with company security policies.
Evaluate, test, and implement new technologies to continuously enhance IT capabilities.
Build IT automations that streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Manage office and remote infrastructure, including networking, VPN, Wi-Fi, and multimedia systems.
Own the IT employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, device provisioning, and access management.
Provide IT support across macOS, Windows, networking, and workplace technology.
Partner with Engineering, HR, and Operations to deliver a seamless and secure employee IT experience.
