Account Executive - Nordic Region

Were growing fast and expanding into the Nordic market, and were looking for a high-performing Account Executive to lead our regional growth and drive new business across Sweden, Norway and surrounding territories.
This is a high-impact role where youll own the full enterprise sales cycle end-to-end, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Leadership to position as a strategic partner.
What Youll Be Doing:
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close
Drive new logo acquisition across the Nordic region
Take full ownership of all sales activities within your territory
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Leadership
Deliver tailored demos and proof-of-value engagements to accelerate deals
Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders
Apply structured sales methodologies to drive consistent outcomes
Manage pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce
Mentor and support junior team members where needed
