We are seeking a versatile, tech-savvy, and creative Digital Marketing Customer Operations Specialist to take full ownership of the companys digital marketing activities while providing structured support for customer operations.
In this role, you will be the primary driver of our marketing presence-translating scientific and clinical concepts into compelling commercial content, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to generate high-quality marketing collateral, and building our digital presence.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
Digital Marketing Experience: 2-4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, and campaign management (experience in healthcare, med-tech, or pharma is an advantage, but strong digital capabilities are key).
AI Power User: Demonstrated expertise in utilizing AI tools for text generation, visual creation, video editing, and marketing workflow optimization.
Design Digital Tools: Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and marketing/ CRM platforms (HubSpot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Mailchimp, or similar).
High Organization Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational capabilities, structured work habits, and high attention to detail (critical for managing operational tasks and CRM accuracy).
