Account Manager - Business Partners

The innovation center is looking for a passionate and seasoned Account Manager to lead the relationship with our business partners, including accountable for daily and weekly communication, project management, partner satisfaction, and strategic initiatives while working cross-functionally, engaging with internal teams, including marketing, data, product, engineering, finance, and strategy. This is an opportunity to play a strategic, professional, and operational role with the power to impact our future growth directly.
About the role:

* Serve as the lead point of contact for all business partners.
* Engage, build, and maintain long-lasting relationships with key people in our business partners organizations.
* Project manage the ongoing partners communication and projects, align all other teams within our company to ensure KPIs and targets are met.
* Be proactive in solving partners challenges and identifying growth and expansion opportunities.
* Report weekly and monthly performance against KPIs, metrics, and targets.
* Ensure partners satisfaction.
