+2 years of experience in a similar position
Strong case-management and claims-handling skills
Knowledge of product liability, small-claims, and dispute processes
Ability to draft persuasive legal documents and represent the company in court
Strong analytical and evidence-management skills with attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong stakeholder management across legal, technical, operational and financial functions
Ability to manage multiple cases, court deadlines and dependencies simultaneously
Clear understanding of approval boundaries and financial controls
