Were looking for a manager with a broad business and systems perspective - someone who can connect strategy with execution, and translate business needs into effective product and technology solutions.

What does the role include?
* Direct management of the Product team lead, reporting directly to the CEO
* Responsibility for connecting business needs with technology solutions
* Identifying and advancing initiatives, business processes, and strategy based on business needs and insights from the field
* Working closely with Development, IT, Marketing, and the companys business units
* Leading cross-functional projects and processes with company management, business partners, and vendors
* Identifying opportunities to integrate AI and automation into business and operational processes, and leading implementation together with the relevant stakeholders across the company

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field - required; Masters degree - an advantage
At least 3 years of significant managerial experience
Experience in product management / the product field
Experience in fintech and/or the insurance industry
Strong business and strategic thinking, combined with excellent execution skills

Location: Hachsharat HaYishuv Tower, Bnei Brak (near the BSR Towers)
