Were looking for a sharp, hands-on Marketing Manager who knows how to take a brief and turn it into a well-executed marketing campaign.
Youll see the full picture, from choosing the right channels and defining the assets needed to building timelines and making sure everything goes live on time and to brief.
Youll coordinate multiple stakeholders, remove roadblocks, and own campaigns from the initial brief through launch.
What Youll Do
* Take full ownership of campaigns from planning through launch
* Translate briefs into clear 360 marketing plans
* Manage and coordinate all stakeholders involved in campaign execution
* Receive briefs from the Commercial team and refine the marketing objective
* Plan campaign deployment across multiple channels
* Define the assets required for each channel
* Build timelines, workflows, and launch schedules
* Write briefs for Content, Design, and CRM teams
* Track progress and ensure deadlines are met
* Review deliverables, refine them, and ensure they answer the brief
* Integrate relevant AI tools into the marketing workflow

* Proven experience in account management, marketing, or a similar role, either in-house or at an advertising, social media, digital, or content agency
* Experience managing and executing multi-channel campaigns
* Ability to translate a brief into a clear, detailed, and actionable work plan
* Experience writing marketing briefs and coordinating multiple teams across multiple campaigns simultaneously
* Strong marketing judgment and the ability to identify, evaluate, and refine creative and marketing deliverables
* Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
* Strong understanding of social media, CRM, digital marketing, apps, and content
* Hands-on experience using and integrating AI tools
