we are hiring a data Sales Manager! The role involves selling data & AI projects, solutions, and services, managing complex sales processes with Enterprise customers, building relationships with senior decision-makers, and driving business opportunities from initial engagement through to closing. Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end sales processes for data, Analytics, BI, and AI solutions across enterprise organizations.
* Identify new business opportunities and expand activity with both existing and prospective customers.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key stakeholders across business and technology units.
* Lead RFP and RFI processes, including proposal development and commercial submissions.
* Work closely with Pre-Sales, data Architects, data Experts, and Delivery teams to design winning solutions.
* Understand customer business challenges and translate them into innovative technology solutions.
* Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
* Lead commercial negotiations and drive opportunities through successful closure.
* Represent our data & AI capabilities in customer meetings, industry events, and strategic engagements.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience selling technology solutions, information systems, or IT services, with experience in data & AI solutions, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies - Mandatory.
* Proven track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles and strategic customer relationships - Mandatory.
* Experience leading tenders, commercial proposals, and large-scale sales opportunities.
* Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders across both Business and IT organizations.
* Strong business acumen combined with a solid understanding of technology solutions.
* Demonstrated ability to manage long and complex sales processes.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* High level of English proficiency. Advantages
* Familiarity with data Engineering, business intelligence, Analytics, Machine Learning, or Generative AI technologies.
* Experience working for a system integrator, consulting firm, or technology services company.
