we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our Finance team and report directly to the CFO.
This part-time position offers responsibility for key accounting processes, professional independence, and opportunities for continued development within an established global technology company.
What will you do?
Manage supplier and customer accounts
Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
Maintain the companys books through trial balance
Prepare accounting and financial reports
Coordinate with the companys external accounting firm
Support the CFO and contribute to ongoing Finance department processes
Provide telephone assistance to the companys customers when required

Requirements:
Certified Bookkeeper, Level 2 or 3
At least five years of bookkeeping experience through trial balance
Excellent working knowledge of Priority ERP - mandatory
Proven experience working with an external accounting firm
Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
Excellent written and spoken English
Experience serving as the sole or lead bookkeeping function - an advantage
Experience working in a global company - a significant advantage
