Head of Marketing

We need someone to define and own how the world meets us. That means: brand, content, demand gen, growth loops, partnerships, launches, community - the whole stack.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with the founders to set positioning and execute it across every surface. You'll hire your team - starting with the Social Media Expert below. You'll have real budget for paid, real autonomy for brand decisions, and real ownership of the funnel from awareness to first paid customer.
This is the most senior marketing seat . It's founder-adjacent by design. You'll shape what category we win, not just how we tell people about it.
What you'll actually do
Own positioning, narrative, and brand voice across the entire company surface
Build the marketing team - start with social, scale to content, paid, partnerships, community
Run the public launch (PR, Product Hunt, X, YouTube, podcasts, press)
Stand up a real demand-gen engine - paid search, paid social, content SEO, creator partnerships
Own MQL → SQL conversion in partnership with the founders
Set the metrics that matter and report against them weekly
