This is an excellent first Controller opportunity for a CPA with Big Four technology experience who wants to move beyond traditional accounting and develop a broader, client-facing finance career.
Youll work directly with founders and startup teams, take ownership of financial reporting and day-to-day finance activities for several early-stage clients, and gain exposure to a modern, technology-driven finance environment.
* Manage the ongoing financial activities and reporting for a portfolio of early-stage startup clients.
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Maintain regular communication with founders and client stakeholders.
* Use advanced digital tools and AI solutions to improve financial processes and efficiency.
?? CPA qualification.
?? Big Four internship or professional experience in a technology or high-tech practice.
?? Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge.
?? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence working directly with clients.
?? Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to take ownership while managing multiple clients and priorities.
?? Tech-curious and enthusiastic about using modern digital and AI tools.
An Advantage
* Experience at the Manager level in a Big Four firm.
* Previous experience working with startups or early-stage companies.
* Familiarity with both Israeli and US financial environments.
* Experience in a CFO-as-a-Service or other multi-client Professional Services environment.
2 days a week at our Ramat Gan Bursa offices and 3 days from home.
