we are seeking a salesforce system Analyst & Project Manager!?Role Overview:
* Writing functional specifications / user stories and defining complex processes involving multiple interfaces with financial systems.
* Delivering effective technical and operational solutions for business requirements.
* Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, making professional architecture and implementation decisions alongside relevant stakeholders, and leading the end-to-end design process through to delivery.
* Managing and leading projects/tasks across the entire project lifecycle.
* Coordinating and managing cross-functional interfaces with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
* Ensuring deliverable quality and alignment with core business requirements.
* A challenging role in a dynamic, high-tech environment.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis - Must 3+ years of experience as a salesforce Systems Analyst within enterprise-scale organizations - Must 4+ years of experience in Project Management - Must
* Experience in systems analysis within financial institutions / financial enterprise environments - Advantage
* Hands-on experience with salesforce Service Cloud, user management, permission sets/roles, and Flows Advantage
* Familiarity with call center, branch, and back-office operational processes - Advantage
* B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field - Advantage
* Proven experience managing multiple interfaces, cross-functional teams, and client-facing communication - Advantage
