Business Development Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to oversee and develop our global call center operations.
The role combines business development, operational management, and sales leadership, with responsibility for identifying and selecting call center partners, improving sales performance, setting targets and KPIs, supporting recruitment processes, and developing training and management capabilities across the operation.
In this role you will:
Take an active role in identifying, evaluating, and selecting call centers and business partners across different markets.
Manage and oversee ongoing call center activities to ensure smooth operations and strong sales performance.
Develop, establish, and monitor weekly and monthly targets, KPIs, goals, and bonus structures.
Work closely with call center management to continuously improve sales processes, efficiency, and performance.
Support recruitment processes, including identifying staffing needs and participating in interviews.
Develop and improve training programs for agents, team leaders, and managers.
Coach and develop team managers, strengthening their leadership, delegation, performance management, and coaching capabilities.
Ensure operations comply with relevant regulatory requirements across different markets.
Identify opportunities to improve and expand existing operations and establish new business partnerships.
