QA Lead

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on QA Lead to establish and lead the Quality Assurance function for an advanced Industrial AI platform that combines Industrial Connectivity, Edge Computing, Cloud Technologies, and AI-driven solutions.

This is a unique opportunity to build the QA function from the ground up while taking ownership of quality across a complex and evolving software platform.

The role combines hands-on testing, test automation, quality strategy, process definition, and close collaboration with Software Engineering, AI, and DevOps teams.

Initially, you will be the primary QA professional within the organization, responsible for defining methodologies, building testing capabilities, and ensuring high product quality. As the organization grows, you will have the opportunity to expand and lead a small QA team.

Job Responsibilities
Establish and lead the QA function across the organization's software products.
Define and implement QA methodologies, standards, processes, and best practices.
Create and maintain test strategies, test plans, test cases, and quality metrics.
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and automated test suites.
Perform hands-on manual and automated testing across software releases.
Validate functionality across Cloud, Edge, and AI-enabled system components.
Test web-based user interfaces, backend services, APIs, and system integrations.
Collaborate closely with Software Engineers, AI and Data Science teams, and DevOps engineers to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Define and implement quality gates for software releases.
Identify, document, track, and help resolve software defects.
Drive continuous improvements in software quality, testing coverage, and release confidence.
Contribute to performance and scalability testing initiatives as the platform evolves.
Help build and grow the QA organization over time.
