A leading industrial technology company in Southern Israel, specializing in the development and manufacturing of precision components for advanced industries, is looking for an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join a key engineering role combining mechanical design, manufacturing engineering, problem-solving, and the transfer of products from development to production.

This role combines hands-on mechanical design with significant engineering responsibility at the interface between R D and manufacturing.
You will be responsible for preparing manufacturing and assembly drawings and technical specifications, performing strength and tolerance calculations, providing ongoing engineering support to the production floor, and investigating failures in existing systems.
You will also lead engineering improvements, work closely with suppliers and subcontractors, support assembly and integration processes, and take an active role in transferring products from development to production, including defining the appropriate manufacturing technologies.
