8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform, Data Infrastructure, or related technical domains.
3+ years of engineering leadership experience, including direct people management and ownership of strategic technical initiatives.
Strong hands-on expertise designing, building, and operating large-scale data platforms and distributed systems.
Deep understanding of modern data architectures, including data warehouses, data lakes, data pipelines, orchestration frameworks, and cloud-based platforms.
Proven ability to lead technical direction while remaining actively involved in architecture and implementation discussions.
Experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams across Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Platform Engineering, or related functions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience partnering across technical and business organizations.
Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence outcomes in complex environments.
A passion for innovation and continuous learning, with a strong interest in AI, aut
