Role Overview:
Joining our team in Israel, helping our customers have a unique customer experience.
Serve as the main point of contact for our customers throughout their journey at our company.
Post-booking support according to customers needs.
Support during the trip to give a great customer experience.
Represent the voice of the customer and influence product development roadmap.
Rotating Shift Work Schedule, including weekends.

Requirements:
Native-Level English speaker with strong verbal & written English skills - must
1+ years of experience working in a tech company, ideally in travel.
1+ years of experience in customer service / experience, ideally in a remote setting.
Experience working with support and CRM systems, preferably the following platforms: Hubspot, Zendesk- advantage.
Ski experience - advantage!
Solve complicated problems that need simple solutions.
Proven technical skills and self-learning ability, capable of thoroughly understanding the functional and technical aspects of a complex system.
Highly organized with an ability to multitask with multiple priorities.
Native-Level English speaker with strong verbal & written English skills - must
