our company SAP Department is seeking a Senior SAP ABAP team lead. We are looking for an experienced SAP Development team lead to lead a development team while remaining hands-on (50%). The role includes managing development activities, working closely with functional consultants and various stakeholders, overseeing integrations and interfaces, and ensuring high-quality development and timely delivery. Full-time, hybrid position in Northern Israel?Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and mentor the SAP development team.
* 50% team management and 50% hands-on development.
* Manage development activities and priorities according to the work plan.
* Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders.
* Lead and support SAP integrations and interfaces.
* Provide technical guidance and support to the development team.
* Ensure code quality, adherence to procedures, and delivery timelines.
* Lead and mentor the SAP development team.
* 50% team management and 50% hands-on development.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional SAP development experience.
* Proven experience with SAP ABAP development and technologies - must
* Strong experience with ABAP OO, BAPI, BADI, User Exits, Function Modules/RFC, IDOCs, ALV, Enhancements and Forms.
* Experience with OData/Gateway and SAP integration technologies.
* Experience with S/4HANA and Fiori - advantage.
* Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
* Strong problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple stakeholders.
