The Senior SEO Specialist will help define and drive our company's SEO strategy to fuel scalable organic growth across global markets for the core company marketplace, with a strong focus on complex marketplace dynamics and US/global search opportunities. This role requires a strategic and hands-on SEO expert who combines deep technical SEO expertise with a strong understanding of how search is evolving beyond traditional rankings into AI-powered discovery experiences.
The ideal candidate is an experienced SEO and organic growth professional with a strong background in large-scale platforms or marketplaces, and a proven ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional environments. The Senior SEO Specialist will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Analytics, Content, and Marketing to build scalable processes, shape roadmaps, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and connect organic growth efforts directly to business performance.
In this position, you must be highly data-driven, deeply technical, and fluent in both classic SEO and emerging Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), including visibility across AI search experiences such as Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and other LLM-powered discovery surfaces.
What am I going to do?
Collaborate with SEO team members to develop and execute effective strategies and tactics.
Develop, Manage, and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search engine performance
Monitor and analyze multiple datasets to make data-driven decisions
Work with Product, Development, and Marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices and to identify areas of improvement.
Stay up-to-date with the latest tools, trends, and changes with SEO and major search engines, adapting strategies as necessary.
